For Professionals
We understand that knowing how best to support SEND children that you work with can be challenging and sometimes feel overwhelming for them and their families. Watch the video to learn more about what we do.
We can support you as a professional by providing information on SEND law and local services. We also have resources you may find useful in your role. Alternatively, you can refer the family to us so that we may contact them to offer our support directly.
What can we help you with?
- Listening to and answering your SEND queries
- Understanding SEND law and the rights of the families you work with
- We can accept referrals from professionals (with appropriate permissions)
- Understanding SEN support and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Information about the Local Offer
- Giving you the tools and information to help empower parents and young people
How to make a referral to us
We have no formal referral process to allow ease of access for parents. All you need to do is contact us via any of the methods on our “Contact Us” page (preferably email), and provide as many of the following details as you can. This will help speed up the process of answering queries:
- Parent/Carer full name

- Parent/Carer phone number
- Parent/Carer home address and postcode
- Child's full name
